Antony Cockle is a leadership and organisational development specialist who helps individuals and teams reach their potential through tailored coaching and professional development programmes.

When Antony first approached Design Hampshire, he was partway through a web project with another agency but wasn’t confident the direction reflected his work or his brand. The design lacked clarity, structure, and the professional tone he needed to communicate his expertise.

We decided to start fresh — rebuilding the website from the ground up with a clear focus on design, usability, and consistency.

What We Set Out to Do

The goal was to give Antony a website that represented his experience and approach in a clean, professional, and approachable way.

He already had well-written content and a clear idea of his services, but the presentation needed to match his expertise. The new site would need to:

Rebuilding from Scratch
We began by creating a new structure from the ground up, organising content around Antony’s core services. The homepage was redesigned to introduce his work clearly, while the “Programmes” section was reworked to highlight each area of expertise — from coaching to leadership development — in a consistent, accessible way.
Refined Design and Tone
We developed a minimalist, professional design that feels calm and trustworthy. The use of muted tones, confident typography, and strong imagery gives the website a modern edge while maintaining a sense of balance and space.
Improved User Experience
Navigation was simplified, allowing visitors to explore the site easily without unnecessary clicks. Key contact information is visible throughout, ensuring potential clients can get in touch quickly and easily.
